Kristen Lopez
As a spirited co-founder of PM PathBuilders, Kristen epitomizes the exhilarating pursuit of success. With humble beginnings as a dialer for a residential real estate team, Kristen catapulted through roles in residential sales, commercial leasing, and property wholesaling, honing her skills to emerge as a formidable force in sales leadership and coaching.
Her strategic pivot into the realm of residential property management revealed her unique aptitude for Business Development. As she honed her skills and expanded her professional horizon, Kristen discovered her true calling: empowering others to realize their own potential for success. Embracing a coaching role with fervor, she has positively impacted the professional lives of hundreds of Business Development Managers, and Property Management Companies, equipping them with high-impact sales strategies and effective business processes.
But who is Kristen when she hangs up her entrepreneurial hat? First and foremost, she's a dedicated wife and a loving mother to two energetic children, whose dance competitions and soccer games keep her schedule brimming with excitement. Beyond that, she's an impassioned reader who delights in the thrill of a well-spun tale, and an aspiring writer who explores the world through her words. Yet, it doesn't end there: Kristen also has a fiercely competitive streak, bringing her all to a plethora of games and sports. Whether it's board games with the family or a friendly basketball game, she's always game for a challenge.

Kandise brings to the table a profound understanding of property management, cultivated through years of hands-on experience. Her journey began at Arizona State University, where she graduated Suma Cum Laude with a degree in Corporate Accounting and a love for all things spreadsheets and operational organization.
Throughout her career, Kandise has been a driving force in the property management landscape. Her extensive background in Property Management Sales and Operations has solidified her reputation as an expert in the industry. With a track record overseeing over $100 million in real estate investments, Kandise has played a pivotal role in helping countless investment property owners and grasp the critical importance of a structured PM team.
What sets Kandise apart is her unique perspective. Having walked in the shoes of both Property Manager and Buisness Development Manager, she intimately understands the challenges faced by both departments. This insider knowledge empowers her to guide company owners in investing strategically, enhancing their team's capacity, and paving the way for sustainable success.
Outside of her role as Co-Founder of PM PathBuilders, Kandise enjoys spending her time searching for her new favorite book, writing, composing music, and spending time with her growing family. Having just welcomed her first child, she is has also enjoyed stepping into her favorite role so far - being a mom.
