Kandise graduated summa cum laude from Arizona State University in corporate accounting, and has spent her career since in property management sales and operations. She has overseen more than $100 million in real estate investments.

She has worked as both a property manager and a business development manager, so she knows exactly where those two sides pull against each other, and what it costs a company when they do.

That view is what shaped how we build. A dashboard that only serves one department just moves the argument somewhere else.

Outside work she is reading, writing, composing music, and learning her newest role as a mom.

Kristen started as a dialer for a residential real estate team and worked up through residential sales, commercial leasing, and wholesaling before moving into property management business development.

She has coached hundreds of business development managers and property management companies on sales strategy and the processes that make it repeatable.

Coaching is where the pattern showed up: the same good people kept losing the same deals to the same broken handoffs. Those handoffs are what we build now.

Outside work she is a wife and a mother of two, a reader, an aspiring writer, and competitive at every game she plays.
