The two of us.

Kandise graduated summa cum laude from Arizona State University in corporate accounting and has spent her career at the intersection of property management, operations, sales, and technology.

Before co-founding The PathBuilders, she worked on both sides of the property management business, as a property manager and a business development manager, while helping oversee more than $100 million in real estate investments. That experience gave her a firsthand look at what happens when teams, processes, and technology don’t work together.

Today, Kandise specializes in turning that operational experience into better systems. She builds processes, automations, custom dashboards, and AI-powered tools designed around how property management companies actually work, not how software assumes they work.

Her philosophy is simple: technology should eliminate work, not create more of it. If your team is still clicking buttons, copying data, chasing tasks, or working around the software you already pay for, there is probably a better way to build it.

Outside of work, Kandise is usually reading, writing, composing music, experimenting with whatever new technology caught her attention that week, or spending time with her two adorable children.

Kristen started as a dialer for a residential real estate team and worked up through residential sales, commercial leasing, and wholesaling before moving into property management business development.

She has coached hundreds of business development managers and property management companies on sales strategy and the processes that make it repeatable.

Coaching is where the pattern showed up: the same good people kept losing the same deals to the same broken handoffs. Those handoffs are what we build now.

Outside work she is a wife and a mother of two, a reader, an aspiring writer, and competitive at every game she plays.
