Kandise Varvil PM PathBuilders CoFounder & Operations Wizard

Kandise built her expertise in property management through years of hands-on work. She earned her degree in Corporate Accounting from Arizona State University, graduating summa cum laude with a deep interest in spreadsheets and operational systems. Over her career, she became a trusted name in property management sales and operations. She has overseen more than $100 million in real estate investments and helped investment property owners understand the value of a well-structured management team.

Her perspective is shaped by experience on both sides of the industry. She has served as a Property Manager and as a Business Development Manager, giving her insight into the daily challenges each role faces. That understanding helps her guide company owners in making strategic investments, strengthening their teams, and building a foundation for long-term growth.

Away from her work as co-founder of PM PathBuilders, Kandise spends her time with her growing family. She enjoys reading, writing, and composing music. After recently welcoming her first child, she calls motherhood her most rewarding role yet.
