Kristen is the spirited co-founder of PM PathBuilders, known for her drive to achieve results. She started her career as a dialer for a residential real estate team and moved through roles in sales, commercial leasing, and property wholesaling. Each step helped her develop the skills that would make her a respected leader in sales and coaching.

Her shift into residential property management revealed a talent for business development. Over time, she found her greatest satisfaction in helping others reach their potential. She has coached hundreds of business development managers and property management companies, giving them strategies and processes that create measurable results.

Outside of work, Kristen is a wife and mother of two. Her schedule stays full with her children’s dance competitions and soccer games. She enjoys reading, writing, and staying active through sports and games. Whether at the family table or on the court, she approaches every challenge with the same energy she brings to her business.
